A growing coastal shipping company is looking for a FLEET MANAGER to help them progress.
Your duties will include:
Oversee the safe, efficient daily operation of the Fleet
Monitor Daily the performance and schedule of each vessel.
Manage a schedule of vessel inspections for all vessels.
Develop and maintain a planned maintenance system.
To oversee the repair and maintenance as well as the docking schedules and budgets for all vessels.
To be successful in this role you should have the following attributes:
Class 1 Foreign Going Chief Engineers Certificate
Minimum ten years in the shipping industry
Very good communication skills
Good literacy, numeracy skills
