This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company based in the Middle East. They are currently seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee their fleet of Vessels ensuring that they are maintained to statutory standards at all times and preventing unplanned downtime.
As Fleet Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading a team managing the initial start up and delivery of designated Contracts. You will be responsible for implementing safety standards and evaluating team performance to identify training needs.
For this role you must have sailed as Chief Engineer with at least three years management experience, preferably gained in the offshore sector. Must have good report writing skills, previous experience of maintaining budgets and strong knowledge of safety codes. As a point of contact you will need to be a good team leader and communicator.
